The Hunt is On
Well, it had to happen sooner or later. I had to start looking for a job. This afternoon I applied at two restaurants downtown in the Inner Harbor. Fogo De Chao is a Brazilian steakhouse that opened last summer in the harbor that is supposed to be AWESOME. I’ve talked to a lot of people who have eaten there who say it’s just amazing food. Also looks like a fun place to work. The second place I applied is, believe it or not, Blue Sea Grill. For those of you who don’t know, I worked there for almost a year, up until I left for California last summer. My roommate and best friend Sean works there now (he started right before I left), and some of the same servers are still working there. The management has changed completely since I was there, but fortunately the head chef and lead server both put in a good word for me. I really enjoyed working there, the money was pretty decent, and it would be easy to start back up there again. Keeping fingers crossed, because I absolutely HATE job hunting.
